Targeted consultation addressed to the participants to the stakeholder dialogue on Article 17 of the Copyright Directive. In conclusion of the « stakeholder dialogue » initiated by the European Commission in autumn 2019 aimed at drawing up the guidelines of Article 17 of the Copyright Directive, the European Commission published on July 27, 2020 a consultation document seeking the views of the participants to the stakeholder dialogue.
